FOOTBALL: Bardwell's survival plan is dented by Chadlington

BCS Bardwell's hopes of beating the drop from the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division suffered another blow as the basement boys lost 5-1 to fellow-strugglers Chadlington.
Strikes from Robbie Wyatt and Mark Crook saw Chadlington storm into a 2-0 lead in 15 minutes, before Dan Jennings pulled one back.
After the break, Jamie Wyatt and Mark Corbett made it 4-1, before Wyatt wrapped it up with his second.
Bletchingdon eased to a 2-0 victory against Eynsham.
Ollie Bunce and Lee Kilpin netted for Bletchingdon.
Paul Cooper scored a second-half penalty equaliser for Horspath in their 1-1 draw against Fritwell.
Dan Sweeney gave Fritwell the lead in the first half, only for Paul Cooper’s penalty on 75 minutes to restore parity.
Goals from Steve McCloughlin and Kieran Cross saw Charlton United defeat Broughton & North Newington 2-0 in Division 1.
Charlton were reduced to ten men in the first half when Chris Hancock sent off for foul and abusive language.
Bletchingdon Res fought back to defeat Fritwell Res with a 3-1 win in Division 2, with goals from Lee Jones, Stuart Wells and Nick East.
Ashley Holland had given Fritwell the lead with a sliced effort.
Ben Hookham fired a double in Charlton United Res’ 5-1 thrashing of Enstone Res in Division 3.
Sam Houlihan, Mark Hobbs and Danny Smith got their others, with Mark Clements hitting back for Enstone.
